Risk Management Consulting was founded in 2006 by a team of former regulators, corporate risk officers, and management consultants who believed that independent, expert-led risk advisory could be delivered more effectively outside the constraints of large consulting firms.

From our Madrid headquarters at Calle de Velázquez 52, we've advised clients across Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, and the Netherlands — bringing the same rigorous, tailored approach to every engagement regardless of client size or sector.
